Throughout the 10 editions of the Big Brother Albania broadcast, there have been many connections created within the home. Although the number of relationships created is large, the number of those who have resisted time even after leaving the house is much smaller, so the list will be short.

One of the most discussed relationships this season has been the Neda-Ogren couple. Neda Karafili and Ogren Balluku got married in the summer of 2015 and today are the parents of two sons, Serge and Zai. Currently, Ogreni is employed as head of the Evaluation and Analysis sector at the Ministry of Defense, while Neda, a graduate in Philosophy, is known for publishing her first book, "Archea".
- Big Brother 7
This couple is an exception. Edition 7 is where all competitors come in with a secret and their job was to uncover the secrets of other competitors. The secret of Matilda and Fatjon was the fact that they were married. Fatjon and Matilda Gega became the parents of a daughter in 2017.
- Big Brother 9
One of the most talked about couples this season has been the Jenny-Benard duo. Their quarrels and debates received attention, not only inside but also outside the house. After the sensational split, the couple has made public the re-connection recently.
