All Albanian citizens, but also foreign ones, will be allowed to travel to Albania according to the rules in force. The border for them remains open, referring to the latest notification of the State Police. Through an official statement, the State Police announced the moves towards other countries.

The free movement of Albanian citizens towards the Schengen area is not allowed, except in cases confirmed by the authorities of these countries.

Only citizens with a residence permit and those with a Greek passport are allowed to cross into Greece. The movement is also open to trucks or cases authorized by the Greek authorities.

Movement towards Kosovo and Northern Macedonia remains free for persons and vehicles, while only persons who have a document issued by accredited Covid-19 testing laboratories, no more than 48 hours longer, can move to Montenegro. first, where it is proven to be negative on the PCR test.
