Follow a routine

In a way, we have all lost our former routine. If you work from home, get ready just like before. Get up at the same time, don?t work in the bedroom, drink as much coffee as you drink in the office, and respect schedules.

Breathe

Yoga and meditation are great ways to manage stress, but you won't see a difference if you practice them now for the first time. The only thing you can do is work with breathing. Breathe in for seven seconds and exhale for eleven. This type of breathing always reduces the panic in the body.

Think about childhood

People tend to think the worst and do so to prepare. But we must channel this imagination elsewhere so that the mind does not suffer from anxiety. Panic stems from childhood, so think about that time. What calmed you down? Painting, coloring or playing? These types of exercises help you a lot.

Fill in the blank

Being alone does not mean that you are lonely. Talk to friends and family regularly, listen to podcasts, connect with a character in a book, fill in the blanks as you wish, just don?t listen to the news all day.
