Journalist and singer Violeta Rexhepagiqi has passed away. Media in Kosovo, such as Kosovarja and Gazeta Express, suggest that according to police sources, Violeta, 45, was found dead in her apartment. To this day, the causes of death are unknown.
Violeta Rexhepagiqi started her career in music at an early age. She performed more than 40 children's songs as well as engaged to make the voices of the characters in radio dramas.
She became known to the public through the group Vivien, formed in 1984 in Prishtina, where she performed together with her brother, Armend.
