How to relieve stomach and headache after a night of alcohol

Anyone who is awake and in this article means that they have drunk enough at midnight to wake up with stomach cramps, dizziness and nausea. Alcohol is a real pleasure ... until you wake up.

There is no specific cure to relieve the symptoms of what is known as a hangover, but it is advised that:

1. Consume an abundant breakfast of fatty-rich foods. We know they are too heavy for your sore stomach, but you have to gain energy.

2. Avoid drugs after aggravating the liver, which "worked" more than usual after consuming alcohol.

3. Avoid caffeine, as it can dehydrate you and cause headaches.

4. Drink water, plenty of water after your body needs to be hydrated.

5. Prepare fresh fruit juices to get as many vitamins and energy as possible.

6. Get enough rest. The body needs to recover from the damage of alcohol, so sleep.

1. Drink as much as you can afford.

2. Do not drink alcohol if you are not eating. Eating slows down the absorption of alcohol by the body.

3. Drink water and soft drinks between alcoholic drinks.

4. Drink a glass of water before going to sleep.
