Norwegian author Ari Behn, the former son-in-law of King Harald V of Norway, was found dead at his home on Christmas Day. He is the second person to accuse Kevin Spacey of sexual harassment and to be separated from life.
"With deep sorrow, I announce on behalf of Ari Behn's family and friends that he committed suicide today," the author's manager said in a news release.
Behn, 47, and Princess Martha Louise - the fourth in line for the throne - were married in May 2002. They have three daughters together. The couple split in 2016.
During a 2017 radio interview, Behn said Spacey touched him under a table at a dinner in 2007. Kevin Spacey and Uma Thurman had just moderated a Nobel Peace Prize concert when Spacey sat next to Behn .
"We talked a little," Behn said during the interview. "After five minutes, she suggests me go out for a cigarette - and suddenly she touches me in the intimate area under the table. I was ten years younger, I had black hair then. I was fixed on how they liked him. ?
The actor never spoke about Behn's accusation, but has been accused by a whole host of other people, mostly men and teens.
Behn died a day after Spacey released a bizarre video where he wished Christmas by acting as Frank Undereood, his character in "House of Cards."
"This was a good year," he says by the fire. ?When someone does something you don't like, you can attack them, or you can wait and do the unexpected. You can kill them ... politely. "
Another man who has accused the actor of sexual misconduct, a masseuse, was found lifeless in September, a month before his lawsuit was due in court.
The masseuse, who never revealed his identity, said Spacey hired him to do a home massage. When he arrived, the actor put him in a room and told him he was feeling embarrassed in the intimate area. According to the indictment, Spacey forced the anonymous man to touch her genitals twice and then asked her to have oral sex.
