Copy Paste or Inspiration: What's wrong with Nora's song?

A few hours ago (Friday, December 20th), Nora Istrefi and Gjiko released their next collaboration, "Anna" . The song speaks of an ancient story as the world itself - she (Nora) sings it to the other (Anna), who has all the power to get her partner (Gjikon). In the long list of comments on YouTube, in addition to those who appreciate the song, which is said to be catchy, there are also people who point out that the song, if not translated, was inspired head-on by Dolly Parton's "Jolene".

To better understand what this is all about, here's the comparison:

Both Nora and Dolly Parton refer to a single name, one to Ann and the other to Jolene.

Dolly Parton: Jolene, Jolene, Jolene, Joleve / Please don't take my husband / Please don't do it simply because you can. "
Nora Istrefi: O Anna / Oh no no Anna / They wanted you to not get it / I know you can be fair (from English - not fair).

Both Nora and Dolly Parton talk about the physical beauty of Ann and Jolene.

Dolly Parton: "Your beauty is not compared / With chestnut shimmering hair / With ivory skin and emerald eyes."
Nora Istrefi: "She is beautiful / She is good / Her body has no comment / Her lips like caramel."

Both Nora and Dolly Parton point out that their happiness is in the hands of Ann and Jolene:

Dolly Parton: "My happiness depends on you and whatever decision you make."
Nora Istrefi: "Happiness is not my use / It depends on what decision you make."

Both Nora and Dolly Parton say Anna and Jolene can have any man they want.

Dolly Parton: "You can have any man you want / But I can never love again / He's the only one for me."
Nora Istrefi: "That He's Doing What I Have / It's My Life / You Can Con Afterwards / Think Well."

It should also be noted that in the beginning, right after the song was released, the video stated that the lyrics were performed by Era Istrefi and Gjiko. Now, the text is nowhere mentioned in the description.

There are three possibilities. The wind - or anyone else who wrote the text - may have been deeply captivated by Jolene's text and presented it as an original idea. It is known as Cryptomnesia and is widespread in creative fields. Cryptomnesia occurs because the brain often hears something, forgets and remembers it, but without remembering the original source. Or, we are inspired by the famous song of the famous country music singer. Or, we are dealing with copies.
