Wicks is known for his books "Lean in 15" and the 90-day plan designed by him to make you "stronger, more athletic, healthier and thinner." Adele seems to have used personal trainer videos to exercise in the privacy of her home.

The singer also worked with coach Dalton Wong, Jennifer Lawrence's favorite.
