In a previous article, we said that Dua Lipa has turned into a blonde not unintentionally. The singer needed that change for her upcoming album, which is expected to be released soon. More or less, we all know the famous phrase that says "when a girl is ready to change her hair, her life changes once and for all"!
You have probably noticed that at one point or another all Hollywood celebrities have done so and moreover have chosen a single color. Blonde!
Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Emma Stone, Lindsay Lohan, Shakira, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande and many others are not natural blonde, but of course they appear as such. Why?! Because fame status has "demanded" something like that!
All of the women mentioned above, and many others (despite having the same talent and electrifying stage and dark hair), turn blonde when their careers and fame arrive at a certain point. Why is this happening?
The author of The Blonde, Barnaby Conrad, explains this:
"Blonde is like saying more woman. A blonde looks like the most innocent, she's like the mark of a legacy, it's the trophy of an achievement. Blondes seem to embody American culture in every respect. ?
In fact, the concepts "dark / colored" are still given a negative connotation compared to "white / blonde" and it seems that this has expanded to the hair color that celebrities wear. In short, being blonde is an acceptable view of the standard of beauty in Hollywood.
Regardless, the truth is that a good portion of them are born to be brunettes. Remember here again Dua Lipa or Demi Lovato.
