If like many others you have the obsession to see what your friends like or like and are constantly investigating the "Follow Acitivity" option, we tell you that you have to find another way to do it.

As of yesterday, (Monday) the company confirmed to BuzzFeed that Instagram has deleted this option on some accounts and eventually the process will end next week. Thus, "Following Activity" will no longer exist and consequently, you cannot see the people your friends are following or the posts they like.

This chart has been part of Instagram since 2011 and initially decided that users would interact with their followers and discover other accounts from them. Why was it removed? Because the option wasn't being used as much as Instagram representatives thought, there are even those who don't know it at all. Therefore, to make using Instagram as simple and comfortable as possible, it was decided to remove it altogether.

Those who still have this option in their accounts will no longer see it in the weeks ahead. How much deleting this option will affect is not known yet, but for the small Instagram investigators it is certainly not good news!
