Do you mind those compilations of famous characters' love stories? Exactly. Today we gather for the story of Rudina the Magician and her partner.
Rudina The magician and husband, former kickboxing champion Javit Bajrami, have known each other for nearly a decade. Their love story has been widely commented in the media, especially as the moderator managed to keep it a secret. She even invited Javit to the program, though no one knew she was her partner.
About nine years ago, Javit Bajrami was invited to the "Afternoon Meeting" to tell his success story. His coming to the program was the starting point of their story. At that time, Rudina and Eid were not yet connected.
Shortly before Rudina invited her to the show, Javit sent her a Facebook message: "Hello from Tokyo." He did not know Rudina, he did not know that he was famous in Albania. Having grown up and living abroad, the kickboxer knew very little about Albanian television. The magician also, who has no fondness for the kickboxing sport, knew nothing about Eid's achievements around the world.
So, starting with Rudina's obsession with Tokyo and Asian culture in general, the moderator decided to respond to his polite greeting. After familiarizing himself with the successes of Eid, the Magician contemplated inviting him to the show. Some things are lost online, so the first interview, sometime around late 2010 or early 2011, is hard to find on YouTube. But we have another video.
The first interview served as a key moment for their report. "I fell in love at first sight," said the Magician in the Free Zone in 2013.
For almost two years, she managed to keep their relationship a secret. In early 2013, Rudina invited Javit to the show. Back then, they were connected, but no one knew anything. In one part of the interview, she asks him "what do you expect from 2013" and he responds with "having a family and loving more".
Weeks after the program, rumors began that in fact the moderator's guest, the former kickboxing champion, was in fact her partner. Invited to the "Free Zone", Rudina admitted that she had kept it secret for a long time. The fact that he lived abroad and that in Tirana had helped keep them out of sight.
?I had seen pictures of him on the Internet, most of them during training or matches where one was disfigured. Some of them were like that. I was just curious to have a sportsman in the studio. When the first meeting happened it was a big surprise. It has been really a hit since he entered. Then it was supplemented by other things. There was a lot of light in the portrait, ?he said.
Love made the athlete leave Switzerland to settle in Tirana. Since 2015, they have been the parents of my little baby.
