The Duke and Duchess of Sussex appointed Fiona Mcilwham as the private secretary, which is the largest post in the Sussex squad. Mcilwham, who will replace Samantha Cohen, is one of the former British ambassadors to Albania, who replaced Franser Wilson in 2009.

A source inside the Palace told the Daily Mail that the couple was looking for a secretary to have experience working in the kingdom, but it seems Fiona Mcilwham won over Palace officials.
Fiona Mcilwham was one of the youngest ambassadors when she was appointed to Albania in 2009, then only 35 years old. Today, the job will be to organize the official program, correspondence management and oversee the staff members.
