A waiter at a restaurant near Paris has lost his life after being shot dead by a casual customer. According to the BBC, the latter is upset because the sandwich he ordered was being delayed.

The ambulance tried to save the 28-year-old, but he died on the spot. The heavy incident happened on Friday morning and the author is still on the lookout for authorities.

The victim's colleagues told police that the author had lost patience and could not wait until the food he had ordered was prepared. Shocked by the event, people nearby say the restaurant was a quiet place.

?It's very sad. It was a quiet restaurant, no problems. It was opened only a few months ago. ?- one customer says.

Other residents blame the area, Seine-Saint-Denis, which has always been considered dangerous because of the spread of crime and the increase in drug trafficking.
