What makes it worse and what is fighting CELULIT!

~ What exacerbates it? ~

1- Salt

Better restrict the very salty foods and eliminate the salting of the salt directly on the food. Use it in small quantities just at the start of cooking. Pay attention to the label of the products you choose and exclude salt-based foods. Salt has Na +, which affects the pooling of liquids inside the cells, thus preventing their rocking in the proper way.

2-Salads

Bread with sausage is a classic meal since childhood and we often return even now that we are grown, but do not overdo it: sausages contain cholesterol and a lot of fat should be placed in your diet.

3- Frizz

Croquettes or chips are very tasty but harmful to our lines, so they are absolutely among the perfect foot enemies. Better choose a simple cooking (welter or snack) are healthier and improve the taste of food.

4- Coffee

Express, long, macchiato or short ... For many coffee users it is important to start a new day or at the end of a meal, but excess should be stopped (remember not to consume more than 2-3 coffee per day).

5- Alcoholic beverages

Enter into the enemies of our body lines (and our feet) even alcoholic beverages such as wines, beers or alcohol cocktails. Alcoholic drinks tire the liver and thus prevent the elimination of excessive substances.

~ What fights? ~

1- Water

Consumption of large amounts of water (free of gasses) helps in the elimination of residual fluid in the tissue through the urine. Each day should be consumed from 1200 ml (6 g) to 2000 ml (10 g) of water, but the amount increases in summer or if you exercise physical activity.

2- Vegetables

Vegetables are low-calorie foods, and are therefore always advised to control cellulite problems. Naturally, the season's vegetables are the most popular (avoid canned foods) and make sure you include as much as you can in your diet: finok, rattan, celery, carrots, asparagus ... you just have to choose!

3- Apricots

Consume fruit in large quantities. In particular, potassium rich potatoes (1370 mg per 100 g), since potassium fights the action of salts.

4-Bicarbonate

Blueberries contain a large amount of vitamin C. Blackberries are a very good aid in blood circulation, which if it works badly, among other things provokes the appearance of cellulite

5 - Peas

Peas, but also potatoes, lentils and onions (especially if eaten raw) help greatly in eliminating excessive substances and fluid exchange in the body.
