As a way to know exactly what your rights or obligations are (if you plan to sign a lease with local self-government units), this article will introduce you to a special decision of the Council Ministers, regarding the issue of public-private spaces on the beach.

According to "Monitor. al ", the regulation sets out the minimum conditions that a beach station should meet by category where it is classified.

For beach types A, which are predominantly sandy beaches and significant beach width, the regulation provides that tents and rest areas should be respected at a distance of at least 7.5 meters from the seashore, lake, river bank.

Likewise, the space of 2.5 meters before the first generation of tents is free to be used by the public.

Third, the space between the umbrellas (from the umbrella to the umbrella) should not be less than 3 meters in the horizontal line with the water line, and not less than 2.5 meters in the vertical line with the water line.

The beach station should have a freshwater bath for every 100 umbrellas, and be provided with hygienic services, dressing booths, a quick aid area for vacationers.
