This expert says Princess Diana had to survive the infamous accident

Dr. Richard Shepherd, a forensic pathologist, investigated the death of Princess Diana and as she writes in her latest book, she says she suffered a "very small injury" - a vein cracking - which caused her death only because she was deep into the lungs.

"Lady Diana's case is so rare that I have not seen any similar throughout my career," Shepherd writes. "Diana's death is the classic example of 'yes, is it?' What if it had been slightly different in the front seat. What if the car was 5 km / h slower? "

The 1997 accident in Paris took the life of the Princess of Wales. The only thing she would have saved was entirely in her hand: the security belt.

"If he had put on the seatbelt, he would have been out in the public two days later with black eyes and perhaps with broken arm or ribs," Shepherd explains.
