Thankfully we are writing about a human challenge that is really worth it: # Helping the poor! Its purpose is to provide the best material help (as much as you can) for the families in need. Given the extraordinary strength of Instagram, the internet is finally being used for a purposeful endeavor.

The challenge was followed for the first time by Burim Ademi (known to many of you thanks to frequent mailing in an account numbering 710,000 followers), who nominated Capital T-, Gjikon, Mozzik, Ledri Vula and Tayna.

The latter accepted the challenge and posted this photo on Instagram:

Despite the challenge has started among artists, you can join whenever you want. Name friends and do something valuable in life; help someone even for a single day.
