Why should we weep at least once a week?

What is the secret of a life without stress and without much stress? In addition to laughter, sleep or coffee, Japanese academics have come to the conclusion that the best way to relieve stress is tears.

Weeping at least once a week can be much more effective for reducing stress than laughing or sleeping.

Experts suggest that listening to ballads, seeing sad movies, or reading dramatic books can have a very positive impact on your mental health.

In fact, this is not the only study that shows that something like that works. In 2008, in another experiment with more than 3,000 people, it was concluded that after they were crying most of them felt better, cheerful and more optimistic.

This is because when we cry we release the endrophy, the hormone responsible for the feelings of happiness and well-being.
