Two tourists were left naked in a fountain and now Rome is bursting with anger

Police forces in Rome issued a search warrant for two "English speaking" tourists who were filming while swimming naked in a fountain, part of a monastery dedicated to joining and liberating Italy.

The two tourists stripped everything apart from the interior before entering the fountain in the Altar of the Homeland (Altar of the Homeland), which is also dedicated to all fallen soldiers, part of a compound involving the tomb of an unknown soldier killed in the first world war.

The duo played at the fountain for a while and briefly afterwards, one of them bowed down and exposed, posing for the picture.

Police said the behavior of tourists was offensive and "seriously damaged the nation and the memory of the fallen people to whom this monument is dedicated."

One source said the men have not been found yet, but each one will face a $ 400 worth fine. They were identified as English-speaking by a tour guide that filmed the incident. "It enters Rome's history ... my mom ... is absurd," says the video guide.

Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini posted a photo of tourists on Twitter and wrote: "I know how to" educate "these idiots if they get caught. Italy is not their baths! "

Tourists who wash in the fountains are a continuing problem for Italian authorities, especially during the summer months. Even though fountains are illegal, authorities do not want to keep them under control.
