In an indictment unsealed today (September 17, 2024), New York prosecutors charged Diddy and he is expected to appear in federal court in Manhattan. According to the rapper's lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, the rapper will be declared innocent and will fight this case with all his energy, power, and faith in the lawyers.
Combs was arrested at the hotel following a federal investigation that began earlier this year. Earlier, federal agents raided the rapper's Miami Beach home.
