In the letter, Nexhmije Hoxha spoke with anger and compassion for the other boy, Sokolin, who she said "had the bad luck of being associated with a wicked woman". Hoxha referred to her daughter-in-law, Liliana Hoxha, as "a nervous woman".

Rejoice and bless my life-long blessing! Blessing seems to be a religious attribute, given by a god or a saint. Not! I don't know god. My God is conscience, kindness, love, honesty, truth, beauty in man, companionship and nature. I am not holy, my blessing is the "mother's blessing", the most sincere and pure blessing, out of the heart with all the heart. Happy who wins!
