The MTV Video Music Awards red carpet always offers three things: the biggest stars in music, a little eccentricity and a lot of fashion. The idea of ??the MTV VMAs is to dress as "loudly" as possible to be as visible as possible. This year, however, positively surprised us with some pretty beautiful looks, although there are some failures.
1. Ariana Grande wearing Fendi
The “Brighter Days Ahead” singer and Best Pop Song winner ditched her “Wicked”-themed look and was transformed into a stunning Fendi creation by celebrity stylist Law Roach. The combination of fantasy and elegance balances her side as a singer and actress.
2. Doja Cat wearing Balmain
The "Jealous Type" singer and Song of the Summer nominee showed up with a look inspired by Dolly Parton from 1990. The dress is quirky but charming, a little tight on top and creating a special character and moment.
3. Sabrina Carpenter wearing Valentino
The "Tears" singer and Best Album winner, considering the criticism for the cover of the album "Man's Best Friend", chose an elegant and attractive style, influenced by Madonna, which gives her authority as a mature and confident artist.
4. sombr wearing Valentino
The "Back to Friends" singer and Best New Artist nominee turned heads from the moment he stepped on stage. It's only recommended to change the shirt for better contrast, but the jewelry and shoes were perfect.
5. GloRilla wearing Versace
The “Whatchu Kno About Me” singer and nominee for Best Hip-Hop Song delivered a strong visual performance with colors and patterns that suited her well. We were less impressed with the molded cups on the bust and would have preferred a longer skirt to coordinate with the jacket.
6. Conan Gray wearing Erik Charlotte
The combination was original and fitting for the "Vodka Cranberry" singer.
7. Tulle wearing Vintage Chanel
A little dress with gold details makes you look classic, sexy and luxurious. There are no complications, just a well-styled and beautiful look .
8. Tate McRae wearing Ludovic de Saint Sernin
The "Sports Car" singer prefers simple and sexy looks, uncomplicated, keeping her style minimal and straightforward.
9. Ice Spice wearing Ralph Lauren
The vintage look from the Spring 2003 collection is beautiful, but the bodice looks tight and the skirt a little weird. The hair is fantastic.
10. FKA Twigs
With "Eusexua", she creates a futuristic and aggressive look , seductive but a little uncomfortable, sex as a form of personal expression.
11. Latto wearing Vintage Versace
This classic glam look by Versace is elegant and appropriate for an award like the Grammys, giving the feeling of a big star.
12. Ricky Martin
Simple and relaxed, perfect for performing later on stage.
13. KATSEYE wearing Dolce & Gabbana
The girl group came out coordinated and styled, creating a look of the group winning the Best Group nominations.
14. Megan Stalter wearing... Dunkin Donuts?
A confusing and funny look, but beautifully crafted.
15. Summer Walker
A beautiful homage to Pamela Anderson from 1999, fun and sweet.
16. Lenny Kravitz wearing Saint Laurent
A modern and beautifully styled suit that maintains its sexy nature and modern feel.
17. Zara Larsson
Zara Larsson brought summer vibes to the MTV VMAs with a short, sheer dress adorned with beaded embellishments and 3D flowers.
19. Paris Hilton wearing The Blonds
You probably can't find a better match for Paris Hilton than this. Our only problem with this is that all that leather tends to look too stiff. Plus, Paris, you can probably find more attractive shoes than these, girl.
20. Lady Gaga wearing Marc Jacobs
The Artist of the Year winner took a break from her busy touring schedule; she left immediately after accepting the trophy to head to her Madison Square Garden concert, to take to the VMAs stage in a dramatic gothic Marc Jacobs gown. Her look was covered from head to toe in black tulle ruffles that perfectly matched the "Mayhem meets Wednesday" singer's aesthetic.
