
Xhensila Myrtezaj shared with her followers some details about her emotional and physical state during pregnancy.
"For all virtual friends who are in the same blessed condition, but also accompanied by muscle pain, weight gain (which is normal) I suggest you do your normal activity in sports, running, yoga, dancing and lots of walking. The whole secret lies in the sense of proportion," wrote the singer, who is expecting her second child.
"Each of us has a different pace of life. Try, within what you can afford, to help yourself with a little physical activity. This is the personal experience I want to share with you. But I advise you to consult a specialist (doctor ) nor pregnancies are the same," he continues.
"In the future, I want us to travel together in the way I have found myself to be calm and to enjoy the blessing of pregnancy more. A journey full of different hormonal emotions, uncertainty, crying, physical pain, happiness, fulfillment," she concluded.

Xensila and Bes Kallaku will become parents again. They are expecting a boy. The couple also has a 5-year-old daughter, Ajka.
