Jeffrey Dahmer was a serial killer who took the lives of 17 people between 1978 and 1991 in the Milwaukee area. He killed men and boys and even admitted to eating the flesh of some of his victims after dismembering them, earning him the nickname of the Milwaukee Monster or the Milwaukee Cannibal.
On social media, some users called Perry's song disrespectful, and others said Juicy J was "sick" for getting even little kids to sing his song.
