After many hours of searching, it is thought that the actress of the series "Glee", Naya Rivera, has died. The actress was sailing with her 4-year-old son in a lake, but the latter was found alone in the boat. The 33-year-old is thought to have rented the boat on Wednesday.
The boy was found unharmed and reportedly told police he was swimming with his mother, but she never returned to the boat. Although the search for the missing actress continues, there is still no sign of her.
"They are assuming that there was an accident, we are assuming that she drowned in the lake. There is no violation of the rules, there is no sign that anything went wrong, except in the case of a tragic accident," the authorities said.
Over 80 search and rescue forces have been deployed to rescue Rivera, using helicopters, boats and anything else that would speed up the process.
Naya Rivera is known for her role as Santana Lopez in the Fox series "Glee". After her role in the music series (2009-2015), she appeared in "Devious Maids" and "Step Up: High Water."
