Fero (Feronit Shabani) has succeeded in gaining custody of his daughter for 1 year, according to a decision-deed given by the Basic Court of Gjilan. He confirmed the news during his interview in "Nacionale", where, among other things, he said:
"I thank the Basic Court of Gjilan for justice and fairness. Yes, the girl was entrusted to me for a year."
According to the decision, his and Arbenita's daughter, Nina, can stay with her father during the week and with her mother during the weekend. Fero has posted a series of videos on Instagram, where the little girl looks happy while playing with her toys.
The decision comes after the public accusation that Fero made on Instagram and on the "Compass" show. He said:
"I, as a parent of my daughter, have been treated unfairly for a long time both in terms of decisions, as well as in terms of disregard and what the Court itself has decided, and I have been waiting to see my daughter for a long time. I am surprised that my daughter travels to different countries without my permission and without being notified of where she is. And today's incident was more tragic, where I consider that my daughter was kidnapped in some way, because the social agency informed me that at 4:00 a.m. I should go pick up the daughter and the moment I went to the clock assigned, that they have assigned me, they do not give me any details about what direction the girl took. They just tell me that the girl has run away".
