For the third year in a row, one of the most beloved summer activities, the Craft Products Fair, returned to the Green Coast seaside promenade. This year, the event took on a new spirit, intertwining traditional Albanian craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics, in an atmosphere that promoted art, culture, and creativity.
Artisans from all over Albania brought a curated collection of works that included natural stone jewelry, handmade candles and soaps, wood, ceramic and metal works, hand-embroidered textiles, personal care products and home decorations. Each work told a unique story, a legacy that continues to live on through the hands of young and old craftsmen.
“We don't just sell works, we preserve entire family histories, centuries-old techniques that we want to pass down from generation to generation,” said one of the participating artisans. “Fairs like this give us the voice and space to show that our culture and tradition are very beautiful and must be preserved at all costs.”
This year, the spotlight was also on creative masterclasses for adults and children, such as crystal jewelry making, macrame art, and olive oil tasting. These innovations were welcomed with enthusiasm, transforming into beautiful moments of interaction, where vacationers had the opportunity to experience the thrill of creating by hand.
This fair was not just a space where artisans promoted their products, but an authentic experience at the heart of Albanian tradition, which attracted not only local but also foreign tourists, who had the opportunity to get to know the Albanian identity up close.
The Artisan Products Fair is part of Green Coast's mission to promote not only quality tourism, but also Albanian culture, art and tradition.
