If you don't want to throw away the part you haven't consumed, you can prepare quick and delicious recipes for drinks and salads that are based on watermelon.
#1 Margarita & Watermelon Cocktail
Ingredients:
4 cups grated watermelon
½ cup rum
1/3 cup triple liqueur
1/3 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
½ juice of a lemon 1 cup ice
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
Put the cleaned watermelon in the freezer to stay overnight. Rub the rims of two glasses with salt and set aside. Add rum, lemon juice and squeeze. Add ice, watermelon, honey and mix well. Strain into a glass, garnish with lime wedges and serve.
#2 Spicy watermelon salad
Ingredients:
4 slices of watermelon
1 bunch of arugula
1 bunch of basil 1 bunch of lettuce
300 grams of white cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
A little tabasco
Preparation:
Put arugula, green salad and watermelon slices in a bowl. Then add the white cheese cut into cubes and the basil leaves. Dress the salad with olive oil, lemon juice, Tabasco and some sesame seeds.
#3 Frozen watermelon as a drink
Ingredients:
Watermelon cut into pieces
½ glass of vodka
1 spoon of powdered sugar
Crushed ice
1 slice of lime for decoration
Preparation:
First, take the watermelon, vodka and sugar and put them in a blender for 10 seconds, until the watermelon becomes liquid. Then, add the ice and mix all the ingredients. Garnish the glass with a fresh lime wedge and serve cold.
#4 Watermelon granita
Ingredients:
500g of watermelon cleaned of seeds,
100 grams of sugar
500 ml of water
Preparation:
Mix water and sugar in a pot, then put them on the stove at a low temperature until they boil. When the sorbet cools down, we grate the watermelon and combine it with the rest and put the obtained quantity in the freezer for an hour. Serve it as desired with watermelon, chocolate, etc.
#5 Watermelon salad
Ingredients:
2 cups of diced watermelon
3 boiled corns
1/3 cup of red onion
Some finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together. If you want to enrich the taste on the table, add grilled chicken, fish, potatoes, etc.
#6 Shrimp and watermelon salad
Ingredients:
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 slices of diced watermelon
150 grams of white cheese
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons of fresh parsley

1/2 lime

#9 Kiwi & watermelon drink
Ingredients:
2 peeled kiwis
1 cup diced watermelon
1 tablespoon of chia seeds

#10 Watermelon lemonade
Ingredients:
Juice of a squeezed lemon
300 ml of water
2 glasses of watermelon juice
65 grams of sugar
8-10 fresh mint leaves
Preparation:
Pour the watermelon into a mixer and watch until a puree-like mass is created, which you will then squeeze to obtain watermelon juice. Add sugar, lemon juice, water and pour into a glass. A few mint leaves for garnish and you're good to go.
