How can we be more aware of the time we spend on the screen?

Set limits:  Spend time on social media only at certain times, such as once in the morning, lunch and evening. Without exaggerating.

Set a time limit for apps:  eg 30 minutes per day.

Don't use digital devices at least two hours before bed:  This helps improve sleep quality. If you have difficulty with this, try listening to audio, such as audio books, music or podcasts. This helps to facilitate the visual system.

Being aware of how you spend time on digital platforms is essential to maximizing the benefits and minimizing the negative effects on your brain.
