In September 2025, Jennifer Lawrence decided to sell her Beverly Hills mansion, but now the property is back on the market, this time with an even higher price tag. The luxury villa is being offered for $11.5 million, about $500,000 more than it was previously sold for.

It's an elegant five-bedroom, six-bathroom home that the actress bought in 2014 for $8.23 million. It's said that she originally intended it as a comfortable space for her parents, Karen and Gary, during their stay in California.

Last fall, the property was purchased by Sassy Bowles LLC, which has previously been linked to fashion industry bigwigs like Poppy Delevingne and Cara Delevingne, although it remains unclear whether they were directly involved in the transaction.

The interior of the residence reflects a refined and modern style, dominated by neutral shades that create a calm and luxurious atmosphere. The facade is equally impressive, surrounded by tall trees that offer maximum privacy, a key element for celebrities.
Quality materials are at the heart of the design: marble, counters and fireplace, giving the environment elegance and finesse. Large windows allow abundant natural light and offer relaxing views of the surrounding greenery.

The house is also designed for friends and guests: a private bar equipped with a drinks refrigerator and ice machine makes it the ideal setting for events and parties with friends.

One of the most attractive areas remains the outdoor pool area, hidden from prying eyes thanks to dense vegetation. This area also includes comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings.

As for her personal life, it is not known how long Jennifer Lawrence has spent in this house. The actress currently lives in New York, specifically in Manhattan, with her husband Cooke Maroney and their two children, where they have changed residence several times since their marriage in 2019.
One thing is certain: this residence remains one of the most attractive properties on the luxury market, a perfect combination of privacy, elegance and modern style.

We don't have enough money to buy it, but at least let's think positively: we blessed our eyes.
