Sara and Ledion are the parents of two sons, London and Roman and are expecting to become parents for the third time. "Will the girl have a city name as well?" someone asked Sarah on Instagram.
Sarah said it would be ridiculous if they chose a city name for the girl as well. However she said Sienna, Florence and India are nice names.
