After the song, Bes Kallaku doesn't mention Xhensila, but says he's 'closed it with his past'

If the song "Confession" seemed like a personal project, emotionally charged and with some verses that many read as a dedication to a closed story, Bes Kallaku's latest posts on Instagram are making it even clearer.

“This story is my truth,” he writes. A sentence that doesn't sound like a song promotion, but rather a clarification.

In a long thank-you text on Instagram, Besi talks about a closed chapter, about the silence that "turned him into a guilty man", about people who lifted him up and others who pushed him towards darkness. He talks about vices, about difficult times, about falling and rising. And then, in the end, about a "man of the heart", who has returned his peace, smile and "the best version of himself".

Although Besi has not mentioned Xhensila's name at any point since the breakup, he clearly refers to their relationship with the song and the last messages, telling his side of the story.

The first to talk about the divorce was Jensila, where the guest on "Good Morning Stars" implied that the efforts and dedication in their marriage were not mutual.

"For several years we had been trying to sort out the dissatisfaction in our marriage with the desire not to end it. But there is always a crisis in the couple. We had not yet decided whether we wanted to be separated or together. But I think that in any relationship when actions and words do not match, when there are arguments in the relationship, it becomes toxic. It becomes harmful for me, the children, and for him. So I made the decision to separate.

"A couple needs cooperation, it needs work from both partners. I realized that not only one side should fight, but both. It was a decision made by me. I had to take it as a step because I didn't see any other option. Divorce is not easy. Some steps, no matter how difficult they are, you have to find the courage to take them. I found strength in my children, because I wanted the children to have peace in the future."

Further, Jensila explained that she had chosen to remain silent because of her children, but this had cost her dearly.

"I have taken on a lot of burdens. What has not been said about me, what I have not read. But I cannot change the world, I cannot change their mindset," she said in December 2024.
