The WTO publishes the list of the most visited countries by tourists: This is where Albania is ranked

The World Tourism Organization has published the list of countries that have seen an increase in tourism this year, and Albania ranks third in the world, after Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

The list shows that in Albania the number of visitors who came to get to know nature, culture and Albanian cuisine has increased by 59%.

At the top of the list is Qatar, with 92% more visitors, followed by Saudi Arabia, with 64% more tourists.

The news was announced by the Prime Minister, Edi Rama, who, through a post on social networks, wrote: "and the comparative table of the annual period from June last year to June this year, just published by the World Tourism Organization, where Albania ranks third for growth in tourism, after Qatar and Saudi Arabia, but without the World Cup".
