November and December are the perfect months to reflect and start some new habits in your life. No, we're not talking about the long lists of goals that get forgotten in the second week of January, but about some small, enjoyable and above all doable rituals. Those things that don't stress you out, but on the contrary, make you feel better, little by little, every day.

1. More time for yourself
The season of invitations, obligations, and packed agendas has begun. But before you automatically say “yes,” ask yourself: do I really want this, or am I just acting out of habit? Set aside one evening a week just for you: no plans, no overthinking. A long bath, a good book, or just a night in your pajamas doing nothing.

2. Start writing in a journal.
Not for Instagram aesthetics, but for you. To write what you feel, what you want, what you're not doing well, and what you can't stop thinking about. You don't need to write beautifully. Just write honestly.

3. Clean up your habits, not just your closet
This is the season when we say to ourselves: “I’m going to clean out my closet.” Great, but why not take a look at the habits that no longer serve us? Maybe it’s the right time to make small changes with a big impact. For example, if you’re a smoker, switch to a more modern, smoke-free alternative, like IQOS, which gives you the same feeling, but without the smoke, smell or heavy feeling after consumption. Just like switching creams or drinks for something better, maybe this is an innovation worth exploring.

4. Spend less time on the phone.
If you want to give yourself a real challenge, try starting your day without your phone for 30 minutes. Make a coffee, listen to some music, go out on the balcony, but don't immediately open social media. You'll discover how much more you appreciate your time when it's not filled with useless distractions.

5. Create small habits that make you feel good.
You don't have to become a wellness guru overnight. But a walk after dinner, a calming bedtime routine, an inspiring podcast in the morning are small ways that can make a big difference in your well-being. When you take care of yourself in small ways, the results last longer.
Try, choose, adapt. The important thing is that these new habits serve you and no one else.
