Madonna is hoping Britney Spears will join her on stage to perform on the pop icon's "Celebration" tour, a source exclusively confirms to Page Six.
The music superstars have been friends for a very long time and even have the same music agent, so it's no surprise that a reunion would happen. Madonna, on this occasion, will also celebrate the 20th anniversary of the iconic collaboration between her and Britney, "Me Against the Music", released in October 2003.
“Madonna wants Britney to join her on tour this year. Everything has been a bit on hold due to Madonna's illness, but she still wants Britney to sing with her."
The girls also performed together on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards in August 2003, where they kissed on stage. Madonna kissed Britney and Christina Aguilera, creating an unforgettable moment in the music industry.
As for Madonna's health, she is very healthy, after the severe infection she got a few months ago, and she will soon start her tour.
