You've done squats, deadlifts, lunges and everything in between – but you still can't tell any difference in your butt.
According to trainer Mohamed Bounaim, there are a number of reasons why your gluteal muscles aren't getting the results you want, no matter how hard you seem to be working on them.
First, it is important to emphasize that the muscles located in the rear are not only needed for aesthetic reasons.
"The gluteal muscles need to be strong because they support the pelvis, lower back and knees. They are also important in helping us stand upright, run and walk, and maintain balance on one leg.”
Why aren't your exercises working?
If your rear-end efforts aren't working, it's time to analyze why that might be:
#1 – You're doing the exercises wrong
#2 – Do only one type of exercise
#3 – You are not consistent
#4 – Get results fast
#5 – You don't eat healthy
#6 – You are not using booty bands
#7 – You never consulted an expert
