As you may have read, 8 people lost their lives at the Astroworld festival of rapper Travis Scott, with whom Kylie has a daughter and is expecting another child. The victims were caused as a result of the crowd moving towards the stage, the reason for which is still under investigation.
Kylie was criticized for not deleting Instagram Stories posts from the concert (where she was present) and looked like an ambulance trying to cross.
The festival is being sharply criticized for not stopping the concert despite emergency crews declaring incidents with mass casualties as they tried to resuscitate some of the victims.
Kylie said: "And also for Travis, who cares deeply about his fans and the Houston community, I want to make it clear that we were not aware of any fatalities until the news came out after the show and nothing in the world filming or performances would have continued. ”
In one video, two people present at the concert are heard demanding that the concert end by shouting, "People are dying."
