Miley Cyrus' new album, "Endless Summer Vacation" has several songs dedicated to her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth, with whom she spent 10 years of her life. In these songs, Miley talks about his betrayals, feelings of separation and shows her side of romance and relationship toxicity.
But why is Miley doing this 3 years after the divorce signed in 2019?
A source close to her explained to "People" that she is not trying to throw dirt on Liam, but feels that this is the moment to tell her narrative of the story and the role in the breakup. Also, the source pointed out that these 3 years have helped Cyrus recover and heal from her entire history with Liam and prepared her to tell her side of the story.
"She is healthier and happier. Everyone blamed her for divorcing, labeling her as a "wild child", but that's not right. Their relationship and marriage was toxic and she was heartbroken," the source said.
Liam has not commented on the album or the dedications that have been made to him. Both he and Miley have continued their lives with different partners. Miley has been linked to artist Maxx Morando and Liam to model Gabriella Brooks.
