Britney Spears just sparked new drama with just one comment on an old photo of herself with Ben Affleck and Diane Warren. The singer posted the photo on Instagram and wrote: "What a beautiful photo of me with Ben Affleck and Diane Warren many years ago."
"He is a wonderful actor. Oh, I didn't forget to tell them that Ben and I kissed that night. I had completely forgotten. I would like to tell them what happened before her. Maybe I'm dealing with rumours. "I really forgot what happened that night," continued Britney.
Britney's quick fling with Affleck may have happened before the singer was linked to Justin Timberlake that same year. In the spring of 1999, the first news emerged of a possible relationship between Spears and Timberlake, and despite denials from the singer, it was later revealed that the relationship had begun. Their separation came in 2003, when there was talk of betrayal and abortion.
As for Ben Affleck, at that time he was linked to Gwyneth Paltrow.
