Dragos Savulescu is accused by the Romanian state of cheating and that his deal with a group of 35 people caused 114m euros in damage to Constanta's municipality. The coastal property case has sentenced 35 defendants to prison, including Martin's husband. He refused to serve his sentence because he is unjust and escaped.
Prive revealed that Romanian media reported Svulescu's surrender to Italian authorities who have begun talks with Bucharest on his extradition.
This also explains Martin's presence in Milan on Valentine's Day and handwriting with Savulescu.
