The custody agreement for Jessica Alba and Cash Warren's three children has been made public.
A judge approved the ex-spouses' divorce settlement on March 16, and according to documents obtained by Page Six, Alba and Warren will share legal and physical custody of all of their children, daughters Honor Marie, 17, and Haven Garner, 14, as well as son Hayes, 8.
The documents specify that neither Alba, 44, nor Warren, 47, will pay each other financial child support and have been ordered not to discuss any legal proceedings or make derogatory comments about each other in front of the minor children.
The divorce agreement also provides that any property considered community property, including homes, artwork and furniture, will be divided equally, including everything they acquired from the time of their marriage on May 19, 2008, until their separation on December 27, 2024.
They are also entitled to half of each other's earnings from film and television projects they each made during their marriage. Alba's acting credits include films like "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For," "Valentine's Day" and others, while Warren's more well-known projects include "30 for 30" and the documentary "Crips and Bloods: Made In America."
As for Alba's The Honest Company, Warren will receive 50 percent of the restricted stock.
They will not pay each other spousal or child support.
Alba and Warren, married for 16 years, finalized their divorce in February, two years after their separation in December 2024.
Jessica Alba announced the split in January 2025, writing on Instagram: "I have been on a journey of awareness and transformation for years, both as an individual and in partnership with Cash."
She added:
"I am proud of how we have evolved in our marriage over the past 20 years, and now it is time to begin a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals. We are moving forward with love, kindness, and respect for each other, and we will always remain a family."
Since then, both have been involved in new romantic relationships. Alba is dating actor Danny Ramirez, 33, while Warren was recently seen with 22-year-old actress and singer Seanna Pereira, after a brief relationship with 25-year-old model Hana Sun Doerr.
