Uncertainty about penis size is something many men experience. In fact, it is quite common for penile dysmorphia to be classified as a not a little known disorder. However, it is not just the size. According to surgeon Anthony Youn, more and more boys are undergoing cosmetic surgery to improve the appearance of the genital organ in several ways.

# 1 - Skrotoks
"Scrotox" is the term that doctors use when injecting botox into the scrotum. This can cause the muscles under the scrotum skin to relax, explains dr. Youn.
"It can help soften the scrotum and make it stay a little lower."
While men who have undergone the scrotox procedure cite many positive results from reducing genital sweating to increased pleasure during sex, doctors warn that a hanging scrotum just below can make the penis look shorter.
# 2 - Scrotoplasty
In scrotoplasty, the surgeon will cut off the excess skin from the scrotum, which means that it will stay higher and closer to the body. It is like a "facelift" procedure, but not for the face. Some of the reported benefits of a scrotoplasty include an improved aesthetic appearance of the scrotum and prevention of blockage or displacement of scrotum tissue.
# 3 - Penile filling
Penile filling injections do exactly what you expect: They make the penis bigger. In particular, they help create more arch, enlarging the penis.
These are the same fillers used on the face and other parts of the body. They usually last from 6 months at worst to 2 years at best. It is worth noting that these fillers have not been officially approved by the FDA for this specific use.
# 4 - Penis lengthening surgery
While filling injections can enlarge the penis, creating extra length requires a much more invasive and drastic surgical intervention. This procedure involves cutting the ligament at the top of the penis, allowing it to lengthen slightly. Then, to prevent the ligament from healing and ligating again, weights are attached to the penis (4.5 kg or more) to stretch / pull it.
Although this procedure may be necessary for some patients, performing this intervention for aesthetic purposes only is "something completely different". Penis lengthening surgeries are not procedures that are easily suggested, although in recent years there has been a tendency to perform them, they still remain rare. Try to be happy with your sex life, even with yourself, without thinking about it.
