Alfio Rrotani has become a father for the second time, he revealed himself through an Instagram post.
Alongside his partner, Joana Gjinaj, and their little one, whose full name was revealed, Tiara Maria, Alfio shared a dedication:
"Welcome to life, Tiara Maria.
It was born from a love that chose to stay, from two souls that met and said 'forever' without making a noise.
In your first breath today we have a promise: to protect you, to guide you, to love you throughout every day of our lives.

Alfio made his relationship with his partner public in June 2025 and his pregnancy 2 months later.
During an interview for "Rudina" in January of this year, Alfio said that he met his partner during a not-so-good moment in his life and today he feels more than happy to be by her side.
The pair expressed that they valued each other's principles and values ??the most. The similarity of thoughts and ideas had made their relationship even more beautiful for them.
Alfio is also the father of a son, named Noah, from his marriage to his former partner, moderator Fatma Methasani.
