In January 2025, Dafina revealed that she was expecting a baby with her partner of several years, businessman Kreshnik Gjergji.
In July of that same year, the singer gave the sweet news that she had become the mother of a son, whom they named Daskan.
A few days later, through a comment, Kreshnik revealed the meaning of this name. According to him, Daskan is a name with Illyrian roots.
"Daskan - A name with Illyrian roots, which carries the strength of manhood, honor, and leadership.
A name that sounds ancient, like the voice of a tribal leader.
