Glambot director Cole Walliser has denied claims that Jennifer Lopez was "rude" to him during her 2026 Golden Globes shoot.
Explanation: Glambot is a special camera that films celebrities in super slow motion, to create elegant and dramatic videos on the red carpet.
"I didn't take it personally. At that moment I didn't feel like she was being rude," the Canadian director said in an Instagram video on Sunday, admitting, however, that "a few things fueled that interpretation."

"First of all, she was just very professional. She was ready to go in. She knew exactly what she was going to do. She positioned herself right away."
Walliser added that it was "just bad luck" that Lopez was "with his back to him" in the video that went viral.

“I was talking to her, she was looking away, but she was getting ready to move,” he recalled.
“At that moment I didn't think, 'Hey, turn around and look at me,' because I knew what she was doing,” the content creator explained.
Last week, he shared Lopez's Glambot video on Instagram, where the singer appeared with her back to the director as he gave her instructions on how to position herself.

When Walliser asked the "Hustlers" star if she had any ideas for a specific move, she didn't respond with words, but turned and gestured at him as to how she would pose.
“Perfect, as always,” Walliser told Lopez after the shoot. The singer, who stunned in a sheer Jean-Louis Scherrer by Stephane Rolland gown, gave him a small wave and continued down the red carpet with her team.

However, many fans flooded the post's comments, criticizing Lopez for her behavior towards the Glambot director.
"My favorite part was when he didn't look at you, didn't talk to you, and didn't smile at you," one user wrote.
"Jesus, Cole, did J.Lo even say a word to you?" asked another.
"This doesn't help her reputation as rude at all, lol," a third commented.
"I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't like her attitude. Next time just ignore it," wrote another commenter.
