Jesy Nelson has reportedly split from her fiancé, Zion Foster, just weeks after discovering their eight-month-old twin daughters had been diagnosed with a severe neuromuscular disorder.
The singer no longer wears her engagement ring, four months after they got engaged.

The decision comes during a difficult period, as their twins have been diagnosed with a serious, life-threatening health condition.
According to a source, they remain friends and are fully focused on their daughters.

Their children suffer from Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1, the most severe form of a rare disease that affects the muscles.
According to the information the couple received about the disease, it is highly unlikely that the girls will ever walk and may face difficulty breathing and swallowing.
Among other things, the source added:
"They are fully united in co-parenting. Their priority remains the well-being of their daughters."
Jesy and Zion began their relationship in 2022, after several years of dating. In January 2025, they announced that they were expecting twins.
