Spain submits 79 military modernization programs for NATO review
The bilateral meeting with NATO in Madrid, known as "Step 3", will put the state of Spain's military capabilities into question.
Defense will present to NATO representatives at the end of January the Chief of Staff's capability objective, troop growth and the 79 programs currently under development.
These programs cover land, sea, space, cyber, and information systems, and include 31 Special Modernization Plans, ranging from tracked combat vehicles to upgrading F-100 warships, electronic warfare systems, and multirole helicopters.

Thousands of Greenlanders marched in the capital Nuuk on Saturday to oppose US President Donald Trump's interest in occupying the Arctic island.
