"Opinion" on RTV Klan, as is rare, did not go live yesterday, and this led many people to speculate on various reasons for this decision, according to Blendi Fevziu. The journalist explained that the reason had to do with the broadcast of the Golden Ball, which was predicted to last as long as it would take up "Opinion's" television time, which did not happen:
"It was a mistake by Klan television, which should have clarified yesterday morning that the 'Opinion' show, as in very, very rare cases, would not be broadcast, to make way for the 'Golden Ball', the spectacle which was expected to be a little longer. Klan did not do this."
Further, Fevziu indicated that he had received a number of messages from people who thought that the lack of the show was for other reasons, which he mentioned:
"This morning I woke up to many messages, conspiracy theories, questions, and even some Facebook statuses saying 'the show was recorded and was not allowed to be broadcast because there was the Balluku case or there was a very secret video of Balluku with the judges of the Constitutional Court'. It's not true."
In the end, he emphasized that it was his decision not to start the show beyond the official schedule even though the Golden Ball ended earlier than expected:
"The Golden Ball was not known when it would end, it could have been past 10:00 PM and I did not agree to enter the show late. The show was not recorded, it was not prepared at all, because usually the shows are 99% live . For this reason, today I have canceled the trip and will be in the studio to do the same show that I had planned yesterday, with the same people. It was simply a miscalculation of time and an Albanian banality and without a doubt, Klan television should have announced it."
