Luiza Papa Çako was one of the most famous Albanian sopranos, a soloist at the Tirana Opera and Ballet Theater for many years. She performed important roles in classical operas such as “Rigoletto”, “La bohème”, “Il Barbiere di Siviglia” and “Don Pasquale”, standing out for her warm voice and pure technique.
In addition to opera, she was also active in the civic and folk music scenes, performing in concerts at home and abroad. Her artistic career has been an important pillar of Albanian cultural life.
