After the joke about proteins and a very nervous reaction , Xumi has chosen the path of diplomacy - publicly declaring that... there is no bitterness.
In a statement to Bordo, he spoke clearly (but in tired tones because he had a lot of work) about his absence from the "Big Brother VIP Albania" premieres:
"I really had a lot of work. I told Ledion and the production that I had an extremely hard time. I couldn't eat bread, let alone be there. But I was there in spirit."
Then, to avoid any potential tension that may still linger in the atmosphere:
"Ledion and Sara and I are extremely good friends. Even, who knows – you might see us in some beautiful project in the future. I have a lot of respect for Ledion and Sara."
Now it remains to be seen if this summer we will have a joint project between Xumi, Ledion and Sara. Or a protein commercial. Because really, in Albanian pop, anything is possible.
A small reminder:
It all started on April 26, in the post-Big Brother. During a conversation with the winner of the edition, Gjesti, who said he had lost weight from a lack of protein, Ledioni couldn't hold it in and made a joke: "Don't drink them because they're dirty. The one who would drink protein and turn off the lights of BBVA, tonight is not here." He was referring to Xumin, who didn't show up in the studio that night.
A few hours later, Xumi reacted on Instagram, noting that:
1. He has shown respect for everyone
2. The proteins are scientifically certified, not dirt
3. He has sweated and struggled to get where he is
And then the bride with the money came in. Not figuratively, but literally: "Maybe the bride with the money will suit me in the future."
